Made from perfect ripe grapes that were picked THREE TIMES OVER THE SPAN OF SEPTEMBER, this Pinot Grigio was given cold maceration, ML, partial lees aging, and 10% neutral oak maturation. Starting with a delightful rosy hue typical of the grape when grown in superior climates, this dry wine delivers everything wine lovers expect from Pinot Grigio - and much, much more!
