Stellar Organics Pinotage (Sulfite Free), 2014

Pinotage is the hybrid mingling of Pinot Noir and the Hermitage (Cinsaut) grape varietals. This No-Added-Sulfite Pinotage has a very deep, dark red plum color. The nose has complex aromas of berries and peppery spice. The medium to full body is fruity yet dry with chocolate, berry and bramble against a sweet spice spine.
